Raskin Estates is the brain child of Cindy Steinmann, owner of CS Development, which focuses on high-end custom renovations and new builds. The goal of Raskin Estates is to nurture a community of unique & upscale homes in the heart of Scottsdale. The idea behind the brand was to symbolize the idea of a “big reveal” after a renovation or taking down something old to put in something new. This idea was then carried through captivating social media graphics & a business system.
